§VEN

Born in Tabriz, Iran, §ven now represents Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He also spent more than twelve years living in Toronto, where being surrounded by different cultures and perspectives helped shape how he understands people. His recording journey began in late 2025, with music quickly becoming more than a hobby. It became therapy—a way to confront pain, trauma, spirituality, and the experiences people often struggle to express.

§ven creates story-driven music designed to connect. His delivery can shift from subtle reflection to explosive intensity, drawing energy and passion from influences including NF, Tech N9ne, Eminem, Lecrae and the 116 Clique, Wu-Tang Clan, Immortal Technique, Slaughterhouse, Jedi Mind Tricks, D-Block, Styles P, and Jadakiss. Outside hip-hop, the force of Five Finger Death Punch and Disturbed has also shaped his musical instincts.

Still early in his development, §ven is learning that experimentation is necessary for progress. He follows the production that pulls emotion from him, stays flexible, and allows himself to have fun discovering what his voice and flow can become. His solo record “Tell Me” marks an early statement in that journey. Within Delta Squad, §ven works alongside veteran artists he considers elite, gaining confidence while learning to recognize strengths in himself that he may not always see. Representing Canada within the squad, his purpose remains clear: remind listeners that they are not alone, difficult experiences are shared, and hope still exists.
